Mental Health is a person s psychological condition directly related to the person s emotional well-being. Mental Health is very important to keep a person s psychological viewpoint and correct emotional balance. If a person does not have a correct form of his/her mental health, then there are chances of mental illness. A person s mental health changes from time to time, depending on the circumstances. A person s mental health helps the person to determine and measure in which or what condition the person is in. It also helps to take mitigative measures if there is any issue with the well-being of a person. Whereas mental illness can occur from any instance, the psychological segment of the pving beings is very depcate and emotional. Mental illnesses need immediate mitigative measures to be followed. With correct mitigative measures, one can go back to his/her prior stage of being healthy mentally. Mental health and illness are connected with each other, but they are opposite of one another.
