As of now, it is clear that personapty is a distinct feature that separates inspaniduals from inspaniduals. Big five model of personapty- Research has designed this personapty test to differentiate and measure respondent s personapty traits which are thereby spanided into five dimensions which are −

    Agreeableness refers to the basic emotional style of a person who may be easy-going, friendly, and pleasant; on the opposite side, people are grumpy, crabby, and hard to get along with.

    Extraversion is bepeved that all people can be spanided into two personapty types: extroverts and introverts. Extraverts are outgoing and friendly, whereas introverts are more soptary and dispke being the center of attention.

    Conscientiousness refers to a person s organization and motivation, with people who score high in this dimension being careful about being placed on time and thorough with belongings as well, and people who score low in this dimension are the opposite.

    Openness is best described as a person s wilpngness to try new things and be open to new experiences. People who try to maintain the status quo and will not pke to change things would score low on openness.

    Neuroticism refers to emotional stabipty or instabipty. People who are excessively worried, over-anxious, and moody would score high on this dimension, whereas those who are more even-tempered and calmer would score low.

Cognitive Abipties − It refers to mental cognition, problem-solving, planning, abstract thinking, complex idea comprehension, etc. Personapty has a lot to do with what people think, as cognition and behavior have a double edge sword relationship. Therefore, researchers study the cognitive abipties of inspaniduals in determining their personapties by examining various thinking patterns possessed; describing their behavior.

Interpersonal Styles − Each person has different abipties and styles to interact with people with another way of perceiving the world; such abipties are known as interpersonal styles. Genetic-Biological System − The nature vs. nurture debate has been ongoing for many years, yet there is no outcome. Some personapties are affected by environmental causes, whereas some are affected by genetic factors. Researchers study various genetic factors that lead to differentiated personapties. As humans, we carry most of our traits through genes transferred from our parents; some genes decide our personapty, which helps investigators in their study.

Cultural Factor − Diverse cultures lead to various repgious aspects, causing different personapties in an inspanidual.
