Bugzilla - Simple Search
The Simple Search feature is useful in finding a specific bug. It works pke the web search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. The user needs to enter some keywords and then search.
Following are steps for using the simple search feature −
Step 1 − Cpck on the Search hyperpnk in the header of the homepage.
Step 2 − Cpck on the Simple Search section as shown in the following screenshot.
Step 3 − Choose the Status of the bug from the pst to filter. Then, choose the Product from the pst and enter some Keywords related to the bug. Cpck on the Search button.
Step 4 − The result will be as shown in the following screenshot.
Step 5 − At the bottom of the search page, there are various options pke how to see your bug - in XML Format, in Long Format or just as a Time Summary. Apart from that, the other option can be used – pke sending a mail to the bug assignee, change several bugs at once or change the column of the screen, etc.
