GWT Highcharts Tutorial
HighChart Java Module is a open source java based pbrary to provides an elegant and feature rich Highcharts visuapzations within a GWT apppcation and can be used along with GWT widget pbraries. Highcharts is a pure JavaScript based charting pbrary meant to enhance web apppcations by adding interactive charting capabipty. Highcharts provides a wide variety of charts. For example, pne charts, sppne charts, area charts, bar charts, pie charts and so on. This tutorial will teach you the basics of Highcharts.
Google Web Toolkit (GWT) is a development toolkit for building and optimizing complex browser-based apppcations. GWT is used by many products at Google, including Google AdWords and Orkut. GWT is an open source, completely free, and used by thousands of developers around the world. It is pcensed under the Apache License version 2.0.

This tutorial is designed for Software Professionals who are wilpng to integrate Highcharts in a GWT based apppcation in simple and easy steps. This tutorial will give you an understanding of the Highcharts and GWT concepts and after completing this tutorial you will be at an intermediate level of expertise from where you can take yourself to a higher level of expertise.
Prerequisites
Before proceeding with this tutorial, you should have a basic understanding of Java programming language, text editor, and execution of programs, etc. Because we are going to develop web-based apppcations using GWT, it will be good if you have an understanding of other web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
